According to the relevant work arrangements of the school, the summer break is from July 13 to August 24, and the normal work is on August 25, during which time, please pay attention to the following matters:

1. Pay attention to the safety of water and electricity. During the summer break, teachers who are engaged in scientific research, lesson preparation and office work in the college must pay attention to water, power and air conditioning.

2. Pay attention to check in on time. According to the key work arrangements of the college in the summer, the college is initially scheduled to conduct full training for the college around August 20, and all faculty and staff are invited to participate on time and register for the new semester.

Pay attention to the duty arrangement of the college office. During the summer break, in order to better serve the teachers of the whole college and ensure the normal and orderly operation of various daily business and service work, the college office has formulated the duty arrangement during the summer break while reasonably arranging the rotation, the specific duty time is 9:00-11:30 a.m., 14:30-17:30 p.m., and the holidays and Saturdays and Sundays are normally rested.
