In order to fully implement the spirit of the 0th National Congress and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee, in-depth study and implement the important speeches and instructions of Secretary Xi Jinping on Party building in government organs and the important speeches and instructions made during his previous inspections in Shaanxi, and to support the high-quality development of Party in government organs throughout the province with high-quality Party building research, the PartyCommittee Office of the Provincial Party Committee and the Social Science Federation of the Province have decided to carry out a call for papers. 1.Selection Direction

2.Relevant Requirements 

2.1The author of call for papers may propose the title of the article according to the 5 selection directions, and one selection direction corresponds to one article.

2.2The content of the article focus on the high-quality development of Party building in government organs and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The article should reflect originality and strictly prohibit plagiarism.

2.3The word count of the article should be controlled within 3500 words.

2.4The title of the main text of the article uses the typeface of the second size of the square, the name of the author uses the regular script of the third size of the square, the content of the main text uses the im Song typeface of the third size, and the subtitle in the main text uses the bold typeface of the third size. The call for papers does not write an abstract, if there are annotations, they are all given as endnotes.At the end of the text, it is necessary to indicate "Author's name, unit, title/position contact information, email".

2.5The submitted document uses the Word format, and the file name is: Party building call for papers-selection-unit attribute-authors name.docx, such as "Party building call for papers-selection direction 1-college-Zhang San.docx". The file name of a collaborative article lists the name of the first author.

2.6The call for papers will not be returned. After the article is published in the organ magazine of the Party Committee Office the Provincial Party Committee or the Social Science Federation of the Province, the copyright belongs to the party that solicits the article.

3.Incentive Measures
