Wang Lizhou, male, a native of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, is a Professor, holding a Ph.D., and serving as a graduate supervisor. He is the Deputy Dean of the School of Marxism at Chang'an University, the Vice President of the Xi'an Educational Innovation Association, and the Vice President of the Shaanxi Association for the Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Rule of Law Education in Higher Education.

His primary focus is on the teaching and research of Marxist theory. His research interests are mainly concentrated in the areas of Marxist cultural theory and practice, the development of socialist core values, comparative studies of Chinese and Western political cultures, and research on social development and institutional civilization.

He has published over 40 academic papers in journals such as "Study & Exploration" and "Theoretical Investigation." He has also published five monographs and served as the chief editor for two textbooks. Professor Wang has led two national-level social science fund projects, completed more than ten provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, and participated in one major research project sponsored by the Ministry of Education.
