Wan Jinpeng, male, born in 1981 in Weifang, Shandong Province, is currently a Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Marxism, Chang'an University. His main research interests are the history of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Party building.

He previously worked at the Party School of the Tibet Autonomous Region Committee of the CPC, where he served as the Deputy Director (acting head) and Professor in the Department of Party History and Party Building, and as a master's supervisor (at Tibet University).

Professor Wan has led 8 provincial and ministerial-level or above research projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Fund. He has published one academic monograph and nearly 100 academic papers in publications such as Guangming Daily and Tibet Studies. He has also received 8 awards and honors at the provincial and ministerial level or above.
