On the morning of April 9th, the Marxist Institute held the second routine teaching work meeting of the spring semester of the 2024-225 academic year. The meeting was attended by the heads of each department, the main responsible persons for professional construction and teaching, and was presided over by Vice President Wangizhou.

Firstly, Wang Lizhou put forward suggestions and opinions on the current form of the mid-term exam for public courses. He pointed out that in view the current problems in the form of the mid-term exam for public courses, each teaching and research department should combine previous teaching experience, start from multiple dimensions such as the scientific of proposition, the strictness of supervision, the standardization of the examination form and the dynamic update of the question bank, systematically implement the improvement plan, and effectively improve the effectiveness fairness and credibility of the mid-term exam.

Later, each department head made detailed reports and in-depth exchanges on the reform plans of their respective departments. It was proposed to integrate "online offline" and "on-campus off-campus" teaching resources, break the traditional teaching framework; to form a "theoretical-practical-innovative" teaching through diversified teaching methods such as practical learning, case teaching, special topic discussions, and scenario simulations; and to optimize the course assessment mechanism to effectively guarantee the actual effectiveness of work.

Finally, Wang Liju stressed in his summary that each department needs to further strengthen the work exchange mechanism, break the barriers between disciplines, regularly carry out crossdepartmental teaching experience exchanges, take the opportunity of curriculum reform to carry out in-depth teaching discussions, encourage teachers to innovate teaching models, make full use of the Changan Academy online platform, refine and implement reform measures, ensure that the reform plan turns from a blueprint into practical results, and promote the teaching quality and education level of the college to new level.
