The school trade union went to the Marxist college for research and exchange.

On the morning of March 20, 2025, Vice President Ma Yanmei of the School Trade Union and Director Liu Xiang the Office of the School Trade Union visited our college for research and discussion. The Party Secretary of the College, Li Xiaoping, members of the branch committee, group leaders of branch, and more than 10 teachers' representatives participated in the discussion.

Li Xiaoping, on behalf of the Party Committee of the College, warmly welcomed Mamei and her party and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the School Trade Union's long-standing care, guidance, and support for the work of the college branch. She pointed that through the School Trade Union's research and discussion, it is hoped that guiding opinions and suggestions can be put forward for the internal construction of the college branch. In the future the collegebranch will fully play the role of a bridge and bond, pay more attention to the actual needs and feedback of the teaching staff, and take practical and effective measures to solve actual difficulties of the teaching staff.

The committee members of the college branch reported on the development of activities in the college branch, and the group leaders made some suggestions on the distribution of staff, the Weishui Teacher's Rest Room, and the Teacher's Day activities.

Ma Yanmei highly praised the work and achievements of the college union. emphasized that the college branch should further play the role of the secondary union and encourage staff to actively participate in union activities. On the issue of union funds, Ma Yanmei also specific explanations and suggested that the branch union strengthen the publicity and promotion of holiday activities to ensure that staff can feel the warmth and care of the union during festivals. Liu Xiang conducted study and dissemination ofthe relevant institutional documents of the school for the participating teachers.

This symposium not only provides a platform for communication and feedback for the members of the college trade union, but also lays a foundation for further improving the quality and of the college trade union activities. By summarizing past experiences and problems, the trade union will pay more attention to details and the needs of teachers and staff in future work, strive to create a better working and living environment for teachers and staff, and contribute to the high-quality development of the college.
